Please read the terms and conditions before buying any item
  1. Any item ordered must be paid for within seven days and the items will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.
  2. Payment can be made by Paypal or credit card.
  3. Items will be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving the cleared funds.   If there is likely to be any delay, we will contact you by email to advise you of the anticipated delivery date.
  4. All items will be posted first class normal Royal Mail post.   If any other type of delivery is required, please contact us first to discuss your requirements.
  5. Once the items have been received, if there is any problem, please contact us within seven days to report the issue and we will either send a replacement or arrange for a refund.   We cannot guarantee a refund or replacement after seven days, but contact us anyway and we will do our best to rectify any problems.
  6. All items are copyright of badredruby designs. Feel free to use the papers and CDs to produce your own cards for personal use, or to produce cards to sell.   You cannot, however, sell the papers themselves or duplicate the images for resale.
